"الطب النبوي" عبارة شائعة جدًّا، يُراد بها تلك الأحاديث الصادرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في مسائل تتعلق بالطب، من علاج ودواء ووقاية ونحوها. لكن ثمة سؤال بالغ الأهمية لا يلتفت إليه كثيرون وهو: هل كل هذه الأحاديث في الأمور الدنيوية عامة، وفي الطب خاصة (ولو صحّت): تعتبر حجة يجب الأخذ بها واعتبارها وحيًا؟.

هذا السؤال يعالجه د. محمد سليمان الأشقر في بحثه هذا معالجة جريئة، ويخلص إلى أن أقوال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأفعاله الدنيوية ليست تشريعًا. وأنه صلى الله عليه وسلم إنما بُعث ليعلمنا الشرائع، ولم يبعث لتعريف الطب ولا غيره من العاديات، ويجوز عليه صلى الله عليه وسلم فيها الخطأ، إذ ليس في هذا كله نقيصة ولا محطة، وأقواله وأفعاله في الأمور الطبية الصرفة ليست حجة، ولا يلزم الأخذ بها، بل هي أقوال وأفعال مبنية في الأصل على التجارب الشخصية.

but was the monotheism a humaneterian heritage also since old Prophets PBU them, through Adam father of all human being ?
